Racor Parking Guide #PPK-1L
Racor Parking Guide #PPK-1L Automobiles can do a lot of damage to garage walls if parked incorrectly. And, garage doors can do a lot of damage to cars if they come down on top of them. Racor’s parking guide helps you park perfectly every time so none of these things happen. The guide works with all types of cars and trucks. With only one mat needed per vehicle, wheels drop into place so that you’re sure that you’ve driven far enough into your garage to clear the automatic door. Simply set the guide on the floor exactly where you want your front tires to stop. A unique tongue design makes it so the car’s weight holds the guide in place. Drive over the first hump and you’ll know it’s time to stop when the tire comes to rest on the second. Made of heavy-duty polypropylene for durability and easy cleaning, the device ensures years of reliable parking guidance. –Brian D. Olson
Customer Review: basic but rather effective
we’ve had this product probably for 24 months now. it’s as basic as it gets & works well. i’m not sure why the other folks seem to have problems with the product moving. i find if you pull in straight, it works perfectly. the only time it might move, and this has been quite rare in my experience, is when you pull in & as you drive on to the parking guide/mat, you turn the wheel———-the end result here is that the mat does move (duh….). by & large, this product is ingenious in its simplicity & effective in daily usage. it sure beats those who nail or screw 2×4s into their garage floor. we routinely move ours to sweep or vacuum the garage floor.
