Love my Dyson .. there were some reviews stating it was too heavy; which, yes - after vacuuming the entire house it does get heavy - however, if you want a piece of kick*** equipment that manages to suck up every possible piece of dust embedded in your rug, than yes, it should be heavy! So easy to empty and wash - this vacuum has made all the difference in our house!
